Tech 911: Evernote Alternatives to Collaborate

Do you know of any apps, similar to Evernote, that several team members could connect in to share ideas and plan to-do lists?  Four employees on my team have iPhones. Just thinking of an easy way to share whats going on and what we are each seeing.

You could share a common iCloud acct for notes and reminders. Google for shared tasks or Docs. Collaboration apps include Toodledo, Wunderlist.  I have a family iCloud acct @icloud.com. Family shares email, reminders, notes, and calendar. So we all know our schedule  In iCloud you can turn on/off what you all see.
