iTurf Apps at Golf Industry Show

I can remember it like it was yesterday, the first Golf Industry Show I presented at in 2010.  The iPhone 3GS had just come out and I was in a little booth called the Test Drive Technology Center.  There were a couple of iMacs, a few iPhones, the iPad had not even been mentioned yet and I was demonstrating a few breakthrough apps like Mail, Calendars and Contacts.

Fast forward to 2013 and the Test Drive Technology Center is almost 5 times the size, it is huge and a must stop on the trade show floor.  iTurf Apps has become the top technology resource for the turfgrass industry and recently brought on 2 more partners, Bob Porter and Jason VanBuskirk.  I talked about the new partnership in a recent post The Round Pegs in the Square Holes.  iTurf Apps has truly become something special to all three of us and we couldn’t be more happy than to be assisting and presenting with the Test Drive Technology Center for the fourth year in a row.

So were will the iTurf Apps team be?  We will be in the Test Drive Tech Center all day, bothWednesday and Thursday.  We are here to demonstrate the apps and technology we use on the golf course.  The Tech Center has some great hardware and software for you to “play” with and we can help.  Do you want to setup a twitter account, begin a blog, do a google+ hangout?  Lets do it!

We will also be presenting during Wednesday and Thursday.

Bill Brown – Wednesday 10:30am – Latest and Greatest iPad Apps for Superintendents

Bob Porter – Wednesday 1:30pm – The Paperless Office

Jason VanBuskirk – Thursday 1:30pm – Let Google Drive Steer Your Tablet To Success

I will be presenting in two seminars on Thursday as well.  Technology Theory and Application and Mobility in the Cloud

We hope to see you all there !
